Privacy Policy

Effective from 13 august 2026 · Active Digital Lab SRL

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Active Digital Lab SRL processes information when you use the Cyber Cube 2048 mobile game (the "App"), its online profile, leaderboard, game-history, support, and advertising features.

2. Information we process

We may process:

  • Account and profile data: a randomly generated anonymous account identifier, your generated or chosen nickname, and account creation/update timestamps. The App does not require your real name, email address, or telephone number for its current anonymous profile.
  • Game data: score, highest cube, move count, session timestamps, game mode, pseudorandom seed, rules/configuration versions, replay actions, and result verification status. A nickname and verified best result may appear publicly in the leaderboard; your internal account identifier and replay are not public.
  • Local app data: active game state, up to the locally retained recent actions, lives and refill time, booster inventory, tutorial progress, language, sound and music settings, and cached links. This information is primarily stored on your device.
  • Advertising and device data: Google Mobile Ads and its partners may process advertising identifiers (where permitted), IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, device/app information, ad impressions, clicks, rewarded-ad completion, consent choices, and diagnostics. The exact processing depends on your region, consent, device settings, and whether ads are personalized.
  • Technical and security data: network requests, authentication/session data, IP address, device and operating-system information, timestamps, errors, and security logs may be processed by our hosting and authentication provider.
  • Support data: information you voluntarily send when contacting support.

We do not intentionally request precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera content, health information, or payment-card details. Store operators handle any future store transactions under their own terms and privacy policies.

3. Why we use information

We use information to provide and save gameplay, create and maintain the anonymous profile, show game history and the leaderboard, prevent fraud and manipulated scores, grant completed rewarded-ad benefits, maintain security, diagnose failures, answer support requests, comply with law, and display and measure advertising.

Where applicable, our legal bases are performance of the service requested by you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the App, your consent for processing that requires it, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent through the available consent flow or device settings without affecting earlier lawful processing.

4. Service providers and disclosure

We disclose only the information needed for the relevant service to:

  • Supabase, for authentication, database hosting, profiles, game history, leaderboard data, and security logs;
  • Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads and advertising partners, for ads, rewarded ads, frequency control, fraud prevention, reporting, and measurement;
  • Apple App Store and Google Play, for distribution, platform security, store services, and their own analytics;
  • authorities or professional advisers when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or complete a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising-related disclosure may be treated as "sharing", "targeted advertising", or a "sale" under some regional laws; where required, we provide consent or opt-out controls.

5. International transfers

Our providers may process information outside your country. Where required, we and our providers rely on recognized safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention

Local data remains until it is replaced, cleared through the App, or the App is uninstalled, subject to device backup behavior. Profile and game-history data is kept while the anonymous account exists. When account deletion succeeds, the account and associated profile and game sessions are deleted from the active database. Residual copies may remain temporarily in restricted backups and security logs until they expire under provider retention schedules or longer when required by law or needed to resolve fraud, security, or legal claims.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, restrict, or object to processing, and to withdraw consent or complain to a data-protection authority. You can change your nickname in the App. You can control tracking/advertising permissions in device settings where available.

To permanently delete the anonymous account and associated server data, open: Menu → Legal & Privacy → Delete account and data. The App asks for confirmation and then deletes the authenticated account. You may also use the deletion-request page at `https://www.inocode.ro/support` or contact alex@inocode.ro.

Uninstalling the App removes ordinary local app data from the device but, by itself, may not delete server data. We may need information sufficient to locate and verify an account before fulfilling an external request.

8. Children

The App is not directed to children below the minimum age at which they may consent to data processing in their country, and it is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including authenticated access and database access controls. No storage or transmission system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy when the App, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated, and material changes will be communicated where required.
