1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the Cyber Cube 2048 mobile game (the "App") published by Active Digital Lab SRL ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App for private, non-commercial entertainment. We keep all rights in the App, its code, artwork, sounds, branding and game rules.
3. Eligibility
The App is not intended for children under 13, nor for anyone below the minimum age of digital consent in their country. If you are a minor where you live, you may use the App only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
4. Anonymous account, nickname and leaderboard
The App creates a random anonymous account. You are responsible for the nickname you choose. Nicknames that are offensive, misleading, impersonating, or that contain personal data or advertising may be renamed or removed. Your nickname and verified best result may be shown publicly in the leaderboard.
5. Fair play
You agree not to: modify, decompile or reverse engineer the App; use bots, emulated input, memory editing, replay tampering or any automation; falsify scores or replays; abuse rewarded ads or attempt to obtain rewards without genuinely completing them; interfere with our servers, rate limits or security controls; or use the App unlawfully. We verify results server-side and may reset scores, remove leaderboard entries, restrict features, or terminate an account if manipulation is detected.
6. Lives, boosters and virtual items
Lives, boosters and other in-game items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not your property. They may be granted, changed, expired or withdrawn as part of game balancing. Rewards from rewarded ads are granted only after the ad is fully completed and validated.
7. Advertising
The App is supported by advertising delivered through Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads and its partners. Ad content is not created by us and we do not endorse it. Where required, the App asks for advertising consent, which you may change through the consent flow or your device settings.
8. Store purchases
Any current or future purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play under their own terms. Refunds follow the rules of the store where the transaction happened.
9. Availability and changes
The App and its online features are provided on an "as available" basis. We may update the App, change or discontinue features, game rules, balancing or online services, and reset seasons or leaderboards. We may suspend online features for maintenance or security.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account and data from Menu → Legal & Privacy → Delete account and data. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost data, lost scores or lost virtual items. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
12. Governing law and contact
